This 3 bedroom Bungalow is located in the popular town of Altea, Alicante. The spacious living room includes a kitchen and a comfortable lounge with TV. A bedroom on the first floor with great light, continuing with two also very bright bedrooms on the second floor. Outside, the terrace has the private pool, table and chairs and a barbecue – perfect for al fresco dining on hot Altea nights! The residential has a large community pool with large gardens where you can sunbathe comfortably.
Altea has many good restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as many shops and sites of historical interest.
Some of the many family-friendly beaches, including Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes beach, Pueblo Mascarat cove and the fabulous Altea town beach, are within 2 km. of our chalet.

Located on the outskirts of the town of Altea, in the 24-hour guarded residential area of Altea Hills. The chalet is located at the foot of the Altea Hills mountain, being a perfect place for outdoor activities such as hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking. There are many occasions to practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing on the beaches of Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes or beaches of Altea. Nearby there are also several places that offer diving courses. The cities of Calpe, Benidorm and Finestrat are relatively close and are ideal for shopping, in addition to having several museums, art galleries and other tourist attractions such as the Terra Mítica Park.
